Stewart, John D. (d. 1988)


John D. Stewart, poet, playwright and journalist, began his career as a civil engineer. However it is through his writing, especially in the worls of drama that he is best remembered. As well as producing his own plays, such as "Danger, men at work", he is alos creditied with great translations of foreign works, such as Moliere's French classic "Tartuffe". He died in 1988.
